I was impressed with how my nutrition adviser took into consideration a student’s lifestyle and was able to recommend low-cost meals, quick, healthy lunches and even preparing meals for the next few days.

Creating your nutrition plan

Health & Nutrition week - veggie heart

Once you’ve booked your free consultation, you’ll need to keep a food and drink diary for seven consecutive days to give us an insight in to your current lifestyle. From this, an adviser will assess your current diet and make recommendations (based on what you are looking to achieve) to create your personalised nutrition plan.

You can also rest assured that you won’t be on your own once you have your plan. You’ll have a series of follow up appointments with a nutrition adviser, depending on which option you choose to take up to help keep you on track.

Danny, ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ student

My nutrition plan has really helped me to get the best out of my training sessions, by making sure that I eat the right foods at the right time.
