Within two years, Gemma has progressed from Junior IBM Associate to a Senior Technical Consultant.

Since joining the organisation, she has worked across three large hybrid multi-cloud transformation projects and is now considered to be trailblazing as a woman in a lead technical business analyst role.

Gemma’s current focus is a large public sector transformation project with the Scottish Government. The project is transforming low income and disability benefits and Gemma’s role is to bridge the gap between the business and technical teams.

Gemma says: “I am utterly grateful for my time at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥, which gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to succeed quickly as a leader. My degree also taught me to really think about the type of leader I wanted to be and the impact I wanted to have on the organisations I worked for.â€
