State legislature proposes tuition cuts for CSU and UC systems

Two nursing students of ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥'s Concord Campus were interviewed by KTVU Channel 2 about a proposal for aiding middle class families with young people attending one of the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ system campus or one of the University of California campuses. Also interviewed was Susan Bonilla, state assemblymember representing Contra Costa County, who supports lthe proposed legislation.
