Free tax prep assistance offered through April 16

Student volunteers from ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥'s Department of Accounting in the College of Business and Economics will provide free income tax assistance for the public various Saturdays through April 16.
Meet with a tax preparer from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. in the Music and Business building, room 2505, on the Hayward campus. Filers must be California residents and are required to bring photo identification, last year’s federal and state tax returns, social security cards for themselves and their dependents and all forms W-2 and 1099.
The following are the remaining dates of assistance: Feb. 19, Feb. 26, March 5, March 12, April 2, April 9, and April 16.
