1. Summer 2016 Check Out – This information applies to you if:

• You are a resident for Summer Quarter 2016 AND DO NOT HAVE a room assignment in Student Housing for the Fall Quarter.
• You are a resident for the Summer Quarter 2016 and do not wish to stay with us for the break between Summer Quarter and Fall Quarter (September 2^nd, 2016 – September 16^th, 2016).

Check out Information:

• You must check out of your Summer Room Assignment by Friday, September 2^nd at 2pm.

• A sign-up sheet will be posted at the El Dorado Hall Desk. You must sign up for a check out time by Friday August 19^th, at 5 PM.

• You will need to be completely moved prior to your check out appointment.

2. Summer 2016 Check Out – This information applies to you if:

• You are are a resident for Summer Quarter 2016 AND HAVE room assignment in Student Housing for the Fall Quarter and you have complete the Summer Addendum to stay with us during September 2^nd, 2016 – September 16^th, 2016.

Fall Transition Information:

• Your transition date is Sunday, September 4^th, 2016. THIS IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY KNOWING THAT YOU MUST MOVE OUT BY THIS DATE.

• You may move into your fall space beginning at 12 PM on 9/4/16. You must be checked in by 3 PM. You may then begin moving your belongings into your fall space.

• You may check out of your summer space by 3 PM on 9/4/16. You must be checked out by 6 PM.

• Should you fail to move at this day/time, you will face financial penalties.

• Please go to Lassen Hall check into your Fall Housing Assignment.
